Welcome to Prestige Auto Pick. By using our website and car selection services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Conditions

By accessing this website or engaging our luxury car selection services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Consultations and Engagement

Initial consultations can be booked online or via phone. To engage us for luxury car selection services, a formal service agreement must be signed. Services are provided in accordance with the scope and conditions outlined in that agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are payable as outlined in your service contract. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods. Invoices are payable within the term specified. Late payments may result in delayed services or additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written cancellations received more than 5 business days before the scheduled service: 100% refund (if pre-paid).
Less than 5 business days: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.

If Prestige Auto Pick cancels or reschedules a consultation, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

5. Legal Responsibility and Liability

All services are performed with professional diligence in accordance with Swiss law. However, Prestige Auto Pick shall not be liable for business losses, indirect damages, or delays resulting from third-party delays or force majeure events.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality in accordance with Swiss legal ethics and professional conduct guidelines. No client data will be disclosed without explicit permission, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and car selection services provided by Prestige Auto Pick are our intellectual property and may not be reused or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately upon publication.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site or services, you consent to such processing.
